The night the lights went out in Georgia.

Over the weekend Dixie Carter passed away. Wanted to pay tribute to an amazing Southern woman who was the epitome of a true "Steel Magnolia" with this fantastic scene from Designing Women where Carter played Julia Sugerbaker.
